Well-being is woven into the rhythm of the festival. Each morning starts with open yoga sessions at the Art2B heart Stage, followed by sound journeys or conscious dance, offering a gentle and grounding beginning to the day.
Throughout the rest of the day, a dedicated yurt welcomes a variety of wellness workshops focused on body, mind, and inner balance. These moments invite participants to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with themselves in a calm and intimate setting.
