"Clown'Skinski"

Solo Clown Show by Joe Del-Toe

With his first solo show, Joe Del-Toe brings a clown theatre piece to the stage that presents a mix of poetry,

slapstick, music and quirky ideas. In Clown’skinski, he invites the audience on an emotional journey full of

humour, surprise and clownish wonder. Joe does not portray a clown in the traditional sense, no oversized shoes, no colourful wig. Instead, the audience meets a sensitive, playful being fully immersed in the moment. Between failure and fascination, he reveals both vulnerability and joy. The boundary between stage and audience dissolves, the

clown knows no fourth wall. Inspired by the archetypal Heyoka, the sacred fool of the Lakota, the focus is not on laughter alone, but on evoking inner movement. Through his physical expression, Joe tells stories beyond words, because to him, words are often overrated.

Whether it's an annoying imaginary fly, a stubborn suitcase, his love for the accordion or his peculiar hat-

juggling, Joe Del-Toe offers his audience an evening that is as profound as it is entertaining.
