Behind the name is Martina Menichetti, an Italian-Luxembourgish musician who explores ancient tunes, stories and legends with a contemporary perspective. Authentica’s debut album "Out in the Light" was released in early 2025 and has already received glowing praise from the press. Martina has performed with artists like Carlos Núñez and Dan Ar Braz, she was a member of the band Dullemajik and has performed on stages like Celtic Connections, at the Luxembourg Philharmonic Concert Hall, TEDx, and Zeltik Celebration, opening for artists like Sharon Shannon, Mànran, Skipinnish, Startijenn, Gwennyn and Red Cardell.
