Nada Yoga & Inner Harmony
This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with ourselves through sound, breath, voice and inner awareness.
Together, we will explore the space where inner silence and consciousness meet, a place of stillness, balance and harmony. Through this practice, we cultivate a deeper connection with ourselves, which can naturally influence the way we relate to others and move through everyday life.
The workshop offers an introduction to Nada Yoga, the yoga of inner sound, exploring different techniques to connect with the subtle sounds within us.
The practice will include:
- Pranayama, conscious breathing practices supporting physical, mental and spiritual balance.
- Mantra practice, using the vibration of sacred sounds to focus and calm the mind.
- Relaxation and meditation accompanied by the sound of the sarod and voice.
- An exploration of Indian classical music and Ragas, allowing us to experience how sound and vibration can create a deep state of presence and inner listening.
- A basic introduction to singing Ragas, giving participants the opportunity to discover their own voice through the principles of Indian classical music.
No previous experience is required. The workshop is a space to listen, breathe, explore and experience the transformative power of sound.
Duration: minimum 2 hours.
